Spa Etiquette

• Schedule your spa experience as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred appointment time. You may also schedule your next visit at the conclusion of your current appointment. All services are subject to availability.
• Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Starting on time helps ensure that you receive the full experience.
• Help maintain a relaxing environment by keeping your phone silent and conversations at a low volume.
• As a courtesy to other guests, please leave small children at home.
• Only guests receiving services should accompany you to the spa. A parental release form may be required for guests under 18 for certain services.
• Before your service, notify the staff of any physical or medical considerations, including pregnancy, product sensitivities, or medications.
• Leave valuable belongings at home. Grand Luxe Nail Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
